Welcome to the land of Kings

Discover a heritage that is unique in the world, in which history, culture and beauty come together to offer you an experience fit for a king.

‘Savoy Residences, a territory fit for a king’ is a project created to celebrate and promote the exceptional locations that are home to the Royal Residences of the House of Savoy in Piedmont, recognised by UNESCO as World Heritage Sites. These are not just castles, palaces and historic residences: they offer a veritable journey through art, landscapes and traditions that embraces entire territories and the expressions of their excellence.

Thanks to the support of the Ministry of Tourism and the collaboration between the eight Piedmontese municipalities that are home to these wonders — Agliè, Bra, Govone, Moncalieri, Racconigi, Rivoli, Venaria Reale and the lead city, Turin — the project aims to make the Residences and the areas around them increasingly accessible and appealing.

Thematic itineraries, integrated tourist proposals, marketing and advertising campaigns, initiatives dedicated to sustainable mobility and the engagement of the general public: everything is designed to bring the Residences and the areas around them to life as vibrant, welcoming places that are increasingly key to Piedmont’s range of tourist opportunities.

With the operational support of the Consorzio delle Residences of the Royal House of Savoy, Turismo Torino e Provincia, the ATL Langhe Monferrato Roero and Cuneo, the project boosts the promotion of the territories and the brand of the Residences of the Royal House of Savoy in Piedmont, in Italy and abroad.

An initiative that combines tradition and innovation to introduce the world to the timeless charm of these places, transforming them into genuine cultural hubs, open and accessible to all.

Welcome to the land of Kings.
